According to Countryside Properties cycling falls under playing (see billboard). Looking at the cycleways leading to town (or lack of them) cycling will be renegated to "playing". This indicates a one way cycleway, the northbound offstreet cycleway suddenly starts less than 100 yards north. See next #49427.
