Location may not be exact, but it was somewhere near here. A nice example of 'Hybrid Provision' - near segregation of bikes, pedestrians and cars, though sadly it didn't last for long.
At road junctions this cycle lane does have the same priority as the road. It is simply a cycle lane, after all, with all the problems and benefits that cycle lanes have. It is not the same as the quality of segregated provision which is common in the Netherlands.
